Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING
- Handling Time: Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Pre-Orders: Estimated shipping windows for pre-order items are provided on the respective product page. These dates are estimates based on manufacturer production schedules and are subject to change.
- Tracking: You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
We provide global shipping services to most regions. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:- Importer of Record: You act as the Importer of Record and are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.
- Duties and Taxes: DEXAIM DMA LLC does not collect import taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs duties at checkout. You are solely responsible for paying these fees to the carrier or local customs authority upon arrival.
- Regulatory Compliance: Many jurisdictions have removed low-value duty exemptions. Refusal to pay these mandatory fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned to our fulfillment center.
3. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
In the event a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs fees, failure to claim the item, or an incorrect address provided at checkout:- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund issued for returned hardware.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Abandoned Packages: If a carrier abandons a package due to a customer’s refusal to pay duties or failure to provide necessary import documentation, no refund will be issued.
4. SHIPPING PROTECTION AND LIABILITY
- In-Transit Protection: We provide shipping protection on hardware orders to cover loss or damage that occurs while the package is in transit.
- Delivery Confirmation: Our liability for the shipment concludes once the carrier marks the tracking status as "Delivered." DEXAIM DMA LLC is not responsible for theft, "porch piracy," or loss occurring after a successful delivery confirmation.
- Claims: If your package is lost or damaged prior to delivery, please contact us at legal [at] dexaimdma [dot] com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Sanctioned Regions: In compliance with United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR), we do not ship to sanctioned or embargoed territories.
- Address Requirements: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or third-party freight forwarding addresses. Orders utilizing these addresses will be cancelled and refunded minus any non-refundable processing fees.
